Xavi is another talented technician who chose the paddock life as many colleagues from Catalunya . Xavi’s dad transmitted his passion and his experience to the son who ran his own workshop in Girona for many years arriving in MotoGP in 2000. The years after Xavi had the chance to grow working with different competitive riders and, in 2005, he finally met Joan and the duo joined the LCR Team in 2006. Positive, battler and 100% Catalan.
35-year-old from Catalunya, Joan spent every afternoon at his uncle’s car workshop after school. He translated his passion and his experience in a real job in 1998 when his friend Ruben Xaus (former SBK/MotoGP rider) took him to the Super Sport Championship. The duo worked together in the SBK Championship with Ducati and then in MotoGP till 2004. In 2005 Joan adjusted his first Honda machinery for Alex Barros and the following year he passed to LCR Team. Joan loves the country life, his animals and the Italian liquor Limoncello.

Born in Yokohama (Japan), Yuji moved to Toronto (Canada) with his family at the age of 8. Like the majority of his colleagues in the paddock, Yuji learnt to adjust motorbikes alongside his dad who ran a workshop. He spent 8 years working in the National American Series for a SBK Team and in 2005 he approached the MotoGP. From to 2005 to 2006 he was the engine builder for Konica Minolta Team, from 2007 to 2011 he worked at Repsol Honda Team and he is now acting as Transmission Specialist Mechanic for Honda Seamless Transmission System. He joined the LCR Team in 2012. Serious, friendly and with a strange and funny accent (Japanese/American).
Hailed from Venice (born in 1976), Elisa casually began her career in MotoGP in 1999. After one year in the MX Championship, she moved to MotoGP meeting Lucio for the first time in 2000. The pair began a long-time cooperation (more than 10 years together) and Elisa is now acting as Logistic Responsible and Press Officer for LCR Team travelling around the world with the squad. Generous, social and self-ironic.
Another Spanish member of LCR Team dedicating his life to the world of motorsport. Oscar better known as “TRONCO” (born in Madrid in 1972) started to experience the 2-wheel competitions in 1985 passing through the MX, Spanish Championships, SBK and MotoGP. Thanks to his ambition and his willpower Oscar worked with many riders, important Team Managers and VIP guests.
