THE EVENT OF THE YEAR: GOODWOOD’S FESTIVAL OF SPEED

A week to remember in Goodwood: according to the official website, the Festival of Speed is “motorsport’s ultimate summer garden party, an intoxicating celebration of the world’s most glamorous sport“, and in 2023 it also welcomed the MotoGP paddock with great enthusiasm. It was indeed THE festival of speed, with amazing cars from all eras, historic motorcycles, racing legends and, of course, the MotoGP heroes of today. An incredible display of mechanical treasures, which is hard to describe in words! LCR Team of course could not miss it: unfortunately Alex Rins could not attend due to his leg injury, but the iconic Castrol green bike was in the good hands of LCR’s Dakota Mamola, who rode it up the hill as per the event tradition.
